End of the first week of training

Well Today is weigh in and measurement day.
I am using a scale that shows weight, BMI, and % Body Fat

I was 242.2 lbs, 47.9 BMI, 51.7% Fat
I am 239.4 lbs, 47.2 BMI, 49.8% Fat

The head to toe measurements, are as I said before, personal and not something I am choosing to post at this time.

That being said, the week is considered a success!

GA Honey, I know it isn't realistic to lose weight like those guys are. I just don't understand how like 3 or 4 of them have lost 36 lbs in 3 weeks. It defies logic. I actually take thyroid replacement already as do my mom and sister. I also take an antidepressant. (Not sure if it is one that hinders weight loss or not.) Plus, this past week was TOM which doesn't help.

I think it was mostly a complaint... I don't have a lunatic pushing me 5 hours a day. I don't have a chef preparing my meals. I don't have someone controling what food and beverages are in the house. I don't have a team of doctors or psychologists watching my every move to make adjustments to my program.

I also wonder if they are being given anything as a weight loss pill, an appetite supressant, a laxative, or a diuretic. I say that because to loose a ton of weight one week is not unheard of, but week after week, it just seems like something else is going on.

Saturday is my CHEAT day... that means I can eat freely what I want. I don't have to worry about portion size, nutrition content, etc. But it is only ONE day a week.

The rest of the week I am zig zaging my calories to keep my body wondering what I am up to. I saw a link on someone elses blog about zig zaging and followed it. It had you punch in your weight and then it told you different calorie patterns based on weight loss, maintance, or weight gain goals.

Wish me luck on week two!
