Okay so the diet/exercize drill has been a failure up to this point. Between working 55 hours a week and driving close to a thousand miles a week... where is there time? The one thing it leaves time for is a lot of fast food and a lot of soda. Both very much anti weight loss help.
Throw into it the stress of my daughter, her insurance issues, her ssi issues, my dad's health, my being exhausted, my not being thrilled at work, driving too much, etc... that's a lot of stress...
Again... not helpful to weight loss......
